Consider special high school graduation for male student in Vinh Phuc who lost both legs in an accident

According to relatives, on the evening of June 22, on the way home from extra classes to prepare for the 2024 high school graduation exam, Pham Minh A (residing in Quarter 2, Huong Canh Town, Binh Xuyen District) unfortunately had an accident with a train while crossing a residential opening.

After surgery, doctors saved A's life, but he is still in a deep coma and has not yet woken up.

Immediately after receiving information about the incident, the Departmentof Education and Training of Vinh Phuc province directed the school to guide the family in completing the application procedures for special consideration of high school graduation.

According to the high school graduation exam regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training , Pham Minh A is in the case of "Candidates having an accident before the exam date" so he is considered for special consideration for high school graduation.

Ms. Dao Thi Minh Nguyet, the teacher who directly teaches student A at school, said: “Minh A's family is poor and in difficult circumstances, as his father has liver disease and poor health, and his mother is a kitchen assistant in a workers' kitchen, earning only about 5 million VND/month.

Minh A is obedient, gentle, and agile, so everyone loves him. Hearing that he had an accident and the cost of treatment is very high, the school and students of Binh Xuyen High School, along with local organizations, unions, and clubs, are calling for donations to help his family ease their difficulties.
