VHO- Violating 5 regulations related to the organization of medical examination and treatment, the Hanoi Department of Health has just issued a decision to administratively sanction Tan Thien Hoa Investment Joint Stock Company and suspend the operation of Thien Hoa General Clinic under the Company, located at 73 Tran Duy Hung Street, Trung Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District.
Hanoi Department of Health said that on May 12, the Hanoi Department of Health Inspectorate issued a decision to administratively sanction Tan Thien Hoa Investment Joint Stock Company and suspend the operation of Thien Hoa General Clinic under the Company, located at 73 Tran Duy Hung Street, Trung Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District.

The content of examination and treatment of male diseases advertised on the website of Thien Hoa General Clinic has not been removed.
The Hanoi Department of Health Inspectorate concluded that this facility violated five regulations, including that the practitioner did not register to practice medical examination and treatment according to the provisions of law. Second, the clinic employed practitioners without a certificate to practice medical examination and treatment. Third, the medical records issued to outpatients did not fully record the patient's personal information, health status, and disease diagnosis. Fourth, the clinic did not comply with technical regulations in the practice of medical examination and treatment. Fifth, it advertised special services (medical examination and treatment) without the content being confirmed by a competent state agency before advertising according to regulations.
With the violations pointed out, the Hanoi Department of Health Inspectorate has decided to impose an administrative fine of 122 million VND on Tan Thien Hoa Investment Joint Stock Company regarding the operation of Thien Hoa General Clinic. At the same time, the clinic's medical examination and treatment license will be revoked for 3 months; the medical examination and treatment practice certificates of 2 doctors and 1 nurse will be revoked for 2 months; the surgical operation of the clinic will be suspended for 2 months; and the clinic's operation will be suspended.
The Health Department Inspectorate also requested the clinic to withdraw the introduction and advertisement of male medical examination and treatment on the clinic's business card. On May 13, on the website of Thien Hoa General Clinic, the information and advertisement of male medical treatment had not been removed.
