Accordingly, TAPHACO International Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, head office address 1st floor, No. 44 Nguyen Viet Xuan Street, Khuong Mai Ward, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi, was fined VND 75,000,000 (seventy-five million VND) for two acts of advertising the health protection food Nutrizabet causing misunderstanding that it has the same effect as a medicine;
Advertisement for health food Nutrizabet is not consistent with the issued Certificate of Advertising Content.
