After receiving the clip, Ninh Hoa Traffic Police Station verified and identified that the bus with license plate 79B-017.65 was managed by Quyet Thang Nha Trang Company Limited, running the Nha Trang - Ninh Hoa - Doc Let route, driven by driver NTA (42 years old, residing in Van Ninh district). Ninh Hoa Traffic Police Station drew up an administrative violation record against Mr. A. for overtaking in cases where overtaking is not allowed, as stipulated in Point a, Clause 5, Article 6 of Decree 168 of the Government regulating administrative sanctions for violations of traffic order and safety in the field of road traffic; deducting points and restoring driving license points. The fine for this act ranges from 4 to 6 million VND and deducting 2 driving license points.
