We also calculate very carefully for each screw, making sure it fits snugly against the bone surface, without protruding at all. So that when Son heals and returns to training after 6, 9 months or 1 year, this injury will no longer have any effect. For normal people, if it protrudes 1, 2 mm, it is not a problem, but for players like Xuan Son, it must be carefully calculated to every mm, and measured on the computer. The requirement we put forth is not only to help Son recover but also that the screws and screws must not cause obstacles when Son returns to training. For normal people, after 1 and a half years, the screws can be removed, but for athletes, it takes a little longer."

The doctor added about Xuan Son's current situation: "Now Son can be said to be stable. He can practice some passive exercises. In addition, we also need to monitor the muscles carefully because with such an injury, the muscles are also bruised. Before surgery, we also have to check for the risk of embolism because Son had to travel more than 2 hours on the plane. We monitor Son very carefully. Son can now move with crutches. However, we are actively treating him on the spot, the hospital room is very comfortable so Xuan Son only needs to move to the bathroom."
