According to information from the Tuyen Quang Provincial Police, the fire occurred at approximately 11 PM on May 17th in Yen Lap commune, Chiem Hoa district.

Specifically, the fire occurred at the combined residential and business premises of Mr. LNT (born in 1963, residing in Dai Thi village, Yen Lap commune). At the time of the fire, there were four people inside the house, including two adults and two children.
Upon receiving the information, the Yen Lap commune police promptly mobilized local security forces and villagers to organize firefighting and rescue operations; and reported to higher-level leaders for support.
Immediately afterwards, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Tuyen Quang province promptly arrived at the scene to participate in extinguishing the fire.
By 3:30 AM on May 18th, the fire was largely extinguished. However, Mrs. HTL (born in 1972, wife of Mr. T) died at the scene. Property damage was estimated at approximately 3 billion VND.
The investigative units of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Police are focusing on examining the crime scene, conducting autopsies, and urgently investigating the cause of the incident.
