Specifically, from April 27 to May 1, from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., vehicles over 1.5 tons and passenger vans with 16 seats or more entering the center of Sa Pa town will not be allowed to travel on the following routes:
1. Road N1 intersects with Dien Bien Phu and Luong Dinh Cua streets.
2. The beginning of Ngu Chi Son street intersects with Luong Dinh Cua.
3. The intersection of Xuan Vien Street and Dien Bien Phu Street.
4. The intersection of Le Hong Phong Street and Dien Bien Phu Street.
5. The intersection of Le Quy Don Street and Dien Bien Phu Street.
6. The intersection of So Than Street and Dien Bien Phu Street.
7. The intersection of Thac Bac Street and Dien Bien Phu Street.
8. Intersection of Thac Bac and Nguyen Chi Thanh streets.
9. The intersection of Xuan Vien Street with Thac Bac Street, Hoang Dieu Street, Ham Rong Street and Phan Si Pang Street.
10. Hoang Lien intersection, Phan Si Pang street intersects with Cau May street and Hoang Lien street (one-way traffic).
11. The beginning of Violet Street intersects with Phan Si Pang Street and the road down to Cat Cat tourist area (one-way option).
12. The beginning of Muong Hoa Street intersects with Violet Street and Provincial Road 152.
13. The intersection of Fansipan cable car gate and National Highway 4D.

Sa Pa Town Police will arrange 13 checkpoints to ensure traffic order and safety; guide and direct traffic. In addition, Sa Pa Town Police will also arrange 3 mobile patrol teams to promptly respond to and resolve traffic incidents such as congestion and incidents related to traffic order and safety in the area, ensuring that people and tourists coming to Sa Pa will have a safe, healthy and happy holiday on April 30 and May 1.
