The Dare to Run race achieved the goal of conquering a total distance of more than 100,000 km, raising 200 million VND to build bridges for people in the highlands.
Starting from September 25 and ending on October 15, the Dare to Run race on the vRace platform, co-organized by Kusto Home, VnExpress and the Hope Foundation, not only attracted individual runners, but also received the support of 14 running groups, which are running communities from all over the country. The runners overcame the difficulties of the weather and the hustle and bustle of work to complete the goal of raising funds to build a bridge for the people of Hin Pen village, Dua Mon commune, Song Ma district, Son La province.

Taking first place was the 5:30 running group, with the participation of 42 runners, conquering a total distance of more than 4,200 km.
Mr. Ngo Cong Quang - Founder of the 5:30 Community - Healthy Every Day said that 5:30 always calls and encourages people to wake up early to exercise. With the criteria of healthy body - peaceful mind - leisurely mind, 5:30 runners come to every race without focusing on achievements or rankings, but rather hope that their running will help them have good health and spread positive values to the community.
Therefore, offline or online races with community purposes such as planting trees, building houses, building bridges for people in mountainous areas... are all enthusiastically participated by runners. Mr. Quang also said that with a meaningful race like Dare to Run, there is no reason why 5:30 members should not participate. In fact, many 5:30 runners have joined the race, becoming the running group that contributes the most kilometers to the race.
"We believe that online races have helped runners concretize their daily exercise and running into meaningful actions. Making every drop of sweat and every step of the runner more valuable," said Mr. Quang.

In addition to the 5:30 running group, Dare to Run attracted 13 running groups from Kusto Home's departments. "The Dare to Run shirt has accompanied Kusto Home throughout Ho Chi Minh City, from century-old constructions to symbols of the new era. Each step is a strong testament to the strength of the community, spreading a green and healthy lifestyle, while taking meaningful actions for society," said a representative of Kusto Home.
According to Mr. Sergey Nam - General Director of Kusto Home Joint Stock Company, after more than 18 years of operating in the real estate sector in Vietnam, Kusto Home not only wants to build good projects but is also happy to create many values for the social community. "We wish to accompany the Hope Fund to realize the goal of improving the quality of people's lives," he said.

The Hope Fund is operated by VnExpress Newspaper and FPT Corporation with the mission of supporting disadvantaged people and creating motivation for social development. The Hope Fund's "Step Up to School" program was launched in 2018, aiming to gradually replace temporary bridges, wooden bridges and old, degraded bridges with safe bridges to improve traffic infrastructure, improve the quality of life for people and the safety of children going to school. To date, more than 330 Hope bridges have been built in Can Tho, Dong Thap, An Giang, Bac Lieu...
Not only in the Mekong Delta but also in the northern mountainous areas such as Son La, there are many wooden plank bridges that are severely damaged, posing a potential safety risk. Among them, the Hin Pen suspension bridge in Dua Mon commune, Song Ma district, Son La has received the support of thousands of runners participating in the "Dare to Run" race.
Kusto Home Vietnam is a real estate company under Kusto Group, headquartered in Singapore. In Vietnam, the company made its mark with the Diamond Island and Urban Green projects (Thu Duc City).
Similar to the message of "living healthy, living green" that the Dare to Run race wants to spread, Kusto Home's projects always focus on the value of nature and the health of residents. The products are meticulously cared for in terms of the quality of living space, paying attention to the needs of living in a resort and training the physical and mental health of each family member.
