V-League has not found any relegated team yet
The relegation race in V-League 2024 - 2025 deserves to be one of the most exciting "death" escapes in history.
SLNA is the next team to successfully stay in the league after defeating their target-killing opponent HAGL with a score of 3-2. Thus, the anti-relegation spiral now revolves around only 3 names: Binh Dinh (21 points), Da Nang (22 points) and Quang Nam (25 points).
The 0-1 defeat to Ho Chi Minh City FC caused Binh Dinh FC to lose the final right to decide in the relegation race. The team from the land of Vo fell to the bottom of the table, and in the final round at Quy Nhon Stadium, the opponent of coach Tran Minh Chien and his team is runner-up Hanoi .

To escape direct relegation, Binh Dinh Club must beat Hanoi, then wait for Da Nang Club to not beat SLNA.
1 point is not enough for Binh Dinh Club to stay in the league, because even if Da Nang loses the last round, if the two teams have the same number of points, Da Nang will be ranked above Binh Dinh thanks to having a superior head-to-head difference (winning both the first and second leg).
Therefore, victory is the only way for Mac Hong Quan and his teammates. Last season, Binh Dinh Club extinguished Hanoi Club's hopes of winning the championship with a 4-2 victory at Quy Nhon Stadium. However, the situation of the two teams is now different. The away team Hanoi is still strong, but the home team Binh Dinh has plummeted on the map of Vietnamese football.
Even if they beat Hanoi FC, Binh Dinh FC will most likely be relegated, because Da Nang FC will only have to face SLNA (the team that just successfully stayed in the league) at home in Tam Ky. Da Nang FC could have stayed in the league in round 25 if they had won against Ha Tinh , but a 2-2 draw is enough for coach Le Duc Tuan and his team.

If they beat SLNA, Da Nang Club will definitely go to the play-off, or even stay in the league if Quang Nam loses to HAGL in the final round.
After almost the entire season at the bottom of the table and constantly having to go against the wind, coach Le Duc Tuan and his team now have the right to decide for themselves. If they win the play-off ticket, it will still be a miracle for a team that only won 4 points after 11 matches like Da Nang Club.
CAHN Club and Viettel The Cong compete for top 3
The V-League championship belongs to Nam Dinh, and the runner-up position is awarded to Hanoi.
The hottest thing in the top group right now is the race for third place between Hanoi Police Club (CAHN Club) and The Cong Viettel.
CAHN Club is currently ranked 3rd with 42 points, while The Cong Viettel is ranked 4th with 41 points. In the final round, CAHN Club will host Hai Phong at Hang Day Stadium, while The Cong Viettel will borrow Lach Tray Stadium (of Hai Phong's own team) to compete with Ho Chi Minh City Club.
If they beat Hai Phong, CAHN Club will surely be in the top 3. If they draw or lose to the port city team, coach Alexandre Polking and his team will have to wait for The Cong Viettel to also not beat Ho Chi Minh City Club.
The most unpredictable scenario for the top 3 race in the final round is that The Cong Viettel draws with Ho Chi Minh City FC, while CAHN FC loses to Hai Phong FC. At that time, both teams will have 42 points.

The first criterion taken into account is the head-to-head difference. Each team has a 2-1 win, so it's a tie on this score.
The next criterion is goal difference. With a goal difference of +20, CAHN Club has the upper hand over Viettel The Cong (+12). Therefore, Mr. Polking and his team will be ranked higher.
An impressive sprint with 3 consecutive victories and 12 goals against Binh Duong, Binh Dinh, Thanh Hoa has helped CAHN Club maintain its place in the top 3, although this season, there was a period when Quang Hai and his teammates fell to 6th place. Most likely, CAHN Club will win the final round to win the bronze medal.
Interestingly, CAHN Club and Viettel The Cong will face each other in the semi-finals of the National Cup. This is the arena that the two teams are eager to conquer to get the first title in the history of this playground.
