2 own goals, Morocco suffered the biggest loss of the tournament

The German women's team is under a lot of pressure ahead of the 2023 Women's World Cup due to their disappointing friendly results. The Moroccan women's team played very hard, but defense was their weak point. In the 54th minute, El Haj scored an unfortunate own goal. The ball hit one of her teammates and El Haj was caught off guard. 25 minutes later, Morocco continued to have bad luck. Goalkeeper Er-Rmichi punched the ball straight at teammate Mrabet and the midfielder was the one who scored the own goal.

At the end of the match, the German women's team scored another goal thanks to Lea Schuller. Thus, the match between Germany and Morocco was the match with the biggest gap since the beginning of the tournament.
