Speaking at the opening ceremony, Major General Huynh Van Ngon said that the festival is an outstanding cultural and political event, adding motivation and spirit for officers and soldiers to excellently complete assigned tasks. At the same time, it is a practical activity to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Armed Forces of Military Region 9 (December 10, 1945 - December 10, 2025).
