28 winning works of the photo and video contest 'Happy Vietnam - Happy Vietnam'

From June 15, 2023 to October 15, 2023, the Organizing Committee received more than 7,000 entries registered online in all award categories on the website: https://happy.vietnam.vn from a variety of domestic and foreign authors. The Organizing Committee and the Jury were trusted by the Department of External Information, Ministry of Information and Communications , selected by experts in the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists; Vietnam Cinema Association and many experts in the field of photography and cinema. They scored very fairly and announced the best works that won the Contest, including: Photo category, Photo series:
