Three party committees of Rach Gia, Long Xuyen and Ha Tien wards held early congresses as a model.

On August 5, the Standing Committee of An Giang Provincial Party Committee announced the conclusion on organizing a model Party Congress at the commune level for the 2025-2030 term.

The Standing Committee of An Giang Provincial Party Committee selected 3 ward Party Committees: Rach Gia, Long Xuyen and Ha Tien to organize early congresses as a model for other commune-level Party Committees to refer to the experience of organizing congresses.

The Standing Committee of An Giang Provincial Party Committee requested the Party Committees of three wards: Rach Gia, Long Xuyen and Ha Tien to carefully and comprehensively prepare the contents according to the instructions of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; organize experience sharing immediately after the congress.

The Standing Committee of the Party Committees of the three wards invited the Party Committee Secretaries of the commune-level Party Committees to attend and learn from their experiences. Specifically, the Rach Gia Ward Party Committee will have leaders of 34 commune-level Party Committees attending; the Long Xuyen and Ha Tien Ward Party Committees will both have 33 commune-level Party Committee leaders attending.

Accordingly, the Rach Gia Ward Party Congress will take place on August 8 and 9; the Long Xuyen Ward Party Congress will take place on August 9 and 10 and the Ha Tien Ward Party Congress will take place on August 15 and 16.
