Mr. Le Quoc Vinh, Chairman of Le Bros, Head of the Event Organizing Committee, commented that sales today are not just about selling products, but also about deeply understanding each need, each emotion, each touch point of the customer. Hyper-personalized and non-linear sales are the trends he mentioned first in the four guiding factors for modern businesses. If in the past, sales were a journey from recognition to closing a deal, now each customer is a separate world , "read" through behavioral, emotional and contextual data.

Thanks to AI and Big Data, brands can understand the "micro-signals" of each consumer, thereby designing distinct and seamless experiences.

According to experts, this change forces businesses to invest in data management systems, automation and artificial intelligence to understand customers at a deep level, and design more flexible, multi-channel and predictive sales journeys.

In addition, deep and immediate emotional connection with customers is also a new inevitable trend. In the era of technology, emotions are still the foundation to conquer customers. The challenge for sales and marketing people is no longer "how to sell", but how to gain trust.
