On November 18, the People's Committee of Ha Lang commune coordinated with Cao Duc Phat Investment Company Limited to organize a training course on tobacco planting and care techniques for the 2025-2026 crop year for 45 farming households in hamlets in the commune.

The tobacco growing model in Ha Lang commune is one of the effective economic development models and is considered a model that brings high economic value to farmers to change crop structure, increasing income for local people. In the 2025 - 2026 crop year, Ha Lang commune has 45 households registered to grow tobacco.

At the training class, households were introduced and discussed about nursery production techniques; field tobacco growing techniques; tobacco harvesting and drying techniques; instructions on how to care for tobacco plants; pest and disease prevention and control; top-cutting and shoot removal... At the same time, households participating in the training session were supported with fertilizers and funding to build tobacco drying kilns, of which, new construction support was 5 million VND/household; repair support was 2 million VND/household.

Through training, to help households grasp technical processes of planting and care to increase productivity and quality of tobacco plants.
