7 men and women used drugs in XO karaoke bar in Vinh Phuc

On the afternoon of August 5, Vinh Phuc Provincial Police informed that Vinh Tuong District Police had just arrested a group of subjects for organizing and illegally using drugs at XO karaoke bar, Thuong Trung commune, Vinh Tuong district.

At the time of inspection, the authorities discovered 7 subjects (4 men and 3 women) gathering inside to illegally use drugs.

The seized evidence included nearly 0.26g of ketamine; 0.4g of synthetic drugs and other related evidence. Rapid test results showed that all 7 subjects tested positive for drugs.

The Investigation Police Agency of Vinh Tuong District Police has decided to temporarily detain 5 subjects for the crime of organizing illegal drug use, and 2 subjects are consolidating their records to handle administrative violations for the crime of illegal drug use.
