According to Deputy Director of Hanoi Children's Hospital Do Thi Thuy Nga, after the accident, the hospital received two seriously injured children who were siblings and the children of Ms. LTHG (born in 1995, in Ha Dong Ward, Hanoi City). Immediately upon receiving these two patients, the hospital activated the hospital-wide red alert procedure, mobilizing maximum human resources, equipment and related specialties to carry out emergency operations.
Examination showed that the youngest patient (41 months old) was admitted to the hospital in a state of severe multiple trauma, coma, difficulty breathing, extensive scalp lacerations, bleeding, multiple scratches and bruises on the skin all over the body; diagnosed with traumatic brain injury, right clavicle fracture, and pulmonary contusion. The remaining patient (68 months old) was admitted to the hospital in a state of panic, bleeding in the head, multiple scratches and bruises on the skin all over the body; diagnosed with multiple trauma.

Upon receiving the two children, Hanoi Children's Hospital quickly provided comprehensive emergency treatment for the children's injuries. Currently, the health status of the two children is being closely monitored and controlled at the Intensive Care Unit. Vital functions are controlled with the support of vasopressors to maintain circulation and mechanical ventilation to support breathing.
