According to the investment policy, the road connecting the two industrial parks Van Trung and Quang Chau is about 2 km long, starting from the intersection with Vo Van Kiet Street and ending at Provincial Road 398, in Nenh Ward. The average roadbed is 60 m wide, of which the main road surface is 21 m wide, the median strip is 6 m wide..., the total construction land area is about 10.93 ha. The total investment is more than 996 billion VND from the provincial budget, of which the cost of site clearance, support and resettlement alone is more than 552 billion VND. The project is implemented in the period of 2026 - 2029. To implement this project, it is necessary to recover about 120,000 m² of residential land, related to 77 households in Van Coc 2 residential group and Trung Dong residential group (Nenh Ward).

In order for the project to be implemented quickly and completed soon, site clearance must be prioritized. The Provincial People's Committee has put the project into the "Green Channel" category for quick implementation. According to the Management Board of Bac Ninh Province's Traffic and Agriculture Project No. 1 (the investor), the special feature of this project is that the compensation, support, resettlement, and site clearance contents are separated into independent component projects. This will contribute to speeding up the project's progress because some tasks will be done in parallel even when the site is not yet cleared, shortening the implementation time.

With the goal of taking people as the center, the resettlement work in the road project connecting the two industrial parks Van Trung and Quang Chau is given special attention. The consistent viewpoint is that the new place of residence must have living conditions equal to or better than the old place of residence. Therefore, the resettlement area planned by the People's Committee of Nenh Ward is about 10 hectares in Van Coc 2 residential group, near public works, and will be invested in synchronous and modern technical infrastructure, ensuring a comfortable, safe and long-term living environment for the people.
Realizing the important role of the project in improving infrastructure, even before the merger of administrative units, the People's Committee of Viet Yen town (old) directed the People's Committee of Van Trung ward (old) to proactively disseminate information to the people about the planning and scope of the project. Most recently, after the Provincial People's Committee officially approved the investment policy, the People's Committee of Nenh ward organized a conference to implement it. Through the meetings, most people expressed their consensus and high agreement with the project implementation, and at the same time hoped that the State would soon announce a suitable resettlement plan, ensuring legitimate rights for affected households. Ms. Tran Thi Hue, a resident of Van Coc 2 group, said: "My family is in the grocery business, and business is going well, so when I learned that the entire residential land area had to be cleared, I lost sleep. However, I agree with the road construction policy, I just hope that the State has a satisfactory compensation plan." It is known that Mrs. Hue's family has more than 400 square meters of residential land that is subject to compensation for site clearance. Like Mrs. Hue's family, many households whose land is subject to land recovery also expressed their desire for the State to consider and provide appropriate support to stabilize their lives after relocation.

These days, Nenh ward officials actively explained the policies and significance of the project; publicly disclosed relevant information at the cultural house, helping people understand the scale, route and benefits. The posting of the route map and the list of affected households was carried out transparently, creating conditions for people to proactively check their assets and prepare for the transition process. After the province completes the capital allocation and completes the necessary administrative procedures, the next steps of the project will be implemented in accordance with regulations, ensuring progress and the rights of the people.
Currently, the Hanoi - Bac Giang expressway's two-way access road through Nenh ward is facing increasing traffic pressure, especially during rush hours. The main reason comes from the travel needs of people and tens of thousands of workers working in large industrial parks such as Van Trung, Dinh Tram, Quang Chau, Viet Han... Traffic jams occur frequently at traffic points such as Tam Tang, Nui Hieu, Provincial Road 398, forcing authorities to be on duty to regulate traffic. Therefore, when completed, this route will help redistribute traffic volume, reduce the load on the Hanoi - Bac Giang expressway access road, and at the same time create an effective connection network between industrial parks in the region such as Hoa Phu, Xuan Cam, Yen Lu... with Quang Chau and Van Trung. In addition, the route also ensures convenient connection with Van Trung workers' housing area and the new residential area of Trung Dong residential group, contributing to the formation of a modern and synchronous urban space; At the same time, it opens up opportunities to promote socio-economic development in the whole region, improving people's quality of life.
