The National Advisory Council under the Central Steering Committee on Science , Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation approved the first list of council members, including 8 professors.

Chief of the Party Central Committee Office Le Hoai Trung, Chairman of the National Advisory Council on Science, Technology, Innovation and National Digital Transformation Development, has just decided to approve the list of members of the council.

The National Advisory Council on Science, Technology Development, Innovation and National Digital Transformation consists of 18 members, including 8 scientists, 3 experts and 7 entrepreneurs.

Accordingly, the council members are scientists including 8 professors, specifically:

Professor Tran Ngoc Anh, Paul H.O'Neill School of Public Policy and Environment, Indiana University (USA), Founding Chairman of the Vietnam Innovation Network.

Prof. Dr. Ho Tu Bao, Director of the Institute of Advanced Mathematics - Information Technology and Digital Transformation, Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology, Scientific Director of the John Neumann Institute, Ho Chi Minh City National University.

Professor Nguyen Huu Duc, Vice President of Hanoi National University, Chairman of Vietnam Physics Professorship Council.

Professor Nguyen Xuan Huan, Department of Digital Media and Digital Transformation, Middlesex University London (UK), Founder and Director of the Digital Twin Research Center in London (UK), Chairman of the Association of Vietnamese Intellectuals in the UK.

Professor Nguyen Duc Khuong, Executive Director of EMLV Business School (France), Chairman of the Global Organization of Vietnamese Scientists and Experts (AVSE Global, France).

Professor Vu Minh Khuong, Lecturer at Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, Singapore.

Professor Mai Trong Nhuan, Senior Expert, former Director of Hanoi National University, Vice Chairman of the Policy Advisory Council of the National Committee on Climate Change, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Geological Society, Chairman of the Vietnam Geochemical Society.

Prof. Dr. Vu Ha Van, Yale University (USA), former Scientific Director of VinBigData Big Data Research Institute ( Vingroup ).

The three council members are experts including:

Dr. Major General Nguyen Ngoc Cuong, Director of Department C12, Director of National Data Center, Ministry of Public Security.

Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Ai Viet, Director of the Institute of Technology and New General Intelligence Education IGNITE, member of the Think Tank group, VINASA.

Engineer Nguyen Bich Yen, senior expert of SOITEC Multinational Semiconductor Corporation (USA), Expert of the American Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.
