The National Advisory Council on Science, Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation consists of 18 members, including 8 scientists, 3 experts and 7 entrepreneurs.

Professor Tran Ngoc Anh, Paul H. O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Policy, Indiana University (USA), Founding Chairman of the Vietnam Innovation Network.
Prof. Dr. Ho Tu Bao, Director of the Institute of Advanced Mathematics - Information Technology and Digital Transformation, Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology, Scientific Director of the John Neumann Institute, Ho Chi Minh City National University.
