Specifically, the Kim Thanh Industrial Park Project (phase 1) currently has 2 households in Tuan Viet commune who have not agreed to the compensation and support plan for their family graves because the compensation support level is low.
In the residential project of Tuong Vu village, Cong Hoa commune, there are currently 4 families and individuals who have signed compensation and support plans but have not received compensation and support money.
Residential area No. 6, Phu Noi village, Binh Dan commune, has 1 household that has not agreed to sign the land and property inventory record.
Residential area No. 7, Phong Noi village, Binh Dan commune, has 1 household that has not signed the inventory record to determine the area of agricultural land, crops and assets on the land.

In the new residential area of Van Tho village, Dai Duc commune, there is still 1 household with assets built on traffic land that has not agreed to the support plan.
The new residential area of Hop Nhat village, Lai Vu commune is currently facing problems due to some families and individuals not cooperating in inventorying assets and construction works on land 03.
A project in Ngu Phuc commune has not yet arranged funds to pay households whose land area was recovered.
Along with the common problems caused by families and individuals whose land areas were recovered not agreeing with the support and compensation plan; not cooperating in the inventory of assets on the land, another reason is that most projects and works have not been allocated funds by investors to pay people whose land was recovered, so the progress is delayed.
Kim Thanh district has directed agencies and units to step up propaganda and mobilization so that families and individuals clearly understand the state's policies and regimes on support and compensation for people whose land is recovered to carry out works and projects.
For projects and works that must be dismantled or enforced to ensure progress, units and localities must prepare well plans, human resources, and means to organize implementation.
