Direct guidance and support in handling difficulties and problems in receiving and processing administrative procedures in the land sector.

According to the Department of Agriculture and Environment, recently, the department has proactively established working groups and rapid response teams to work with a number of localities, surveying the operation of the 2-level government model, especially in receiving and processing administrative procedures (TTHC) in the land sector in Binh Phuoc (old) and Dong Nai (old). Thereby, providing guidance and support in directly handling difficulties and problems of the localities.

The Department has deployed the Land Management software (DongNai.Lis); at the same time, it has notified and guided people about the locations for receiving documents at the public administrative service centers of communes and wards by hanging banners and publicly posting application forms, sample documents, fee and charge tables according to regulations. Officials performing tasks at the public administrative service centers have coordinated with officials of the People's Committees of communes and wards to guide people on how to use online payment, fill out relevant application forms, declarations, and documents; and support people in submitting documents online on the National Public Service Portal for administrative procedures related to land under their authority.

The Department directs land registration office branches to proactively contact and coordinate with the People's Committees of communes and wards to equip and arrange specialized machinery and equipment to digitize records, ensuring that the reception and return of results of administrative procedure settlement at the public administrative service center when operating the 2-level local government model is continuous and uninterrupted.
