Pacific Construction Group (CPCG), established in 1986, is one of two companies under the Zhuangyan Research Institute. The group is among the top 500 global enterprises and one of the 19 largest private corporations in China. It possesses first-tier general contracting capabilities in the fields of highway construction, urban development, water conservancy projects, and civil and industrial architecture.

The corporation has directly participated in the investment, construction, and management of more than 1,000 cities, along with over 3,000 urban areas and industrial parks under BT, BOT, EPC, F+EPCO, PPP models and other modern forms of investment cooperation.

In Vietnam, the Group has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Hanoi People's Committee on investment cooperation for the period 2023-2027, with a total capital scale of over 5 billion USD. Key projects include: Tu Lien Bridge and approach roads; Ngoc Hoi Bridge and approach roads; and Hanoi urban railway line No. 5 (Van Cao – Hoa Lac).

During the meeting, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Ta Anh Tuan, provided the delegation from Pacific Construction Group with an overview of the province's socio-economic situation and its potential and advantages in attracting investment and developing infrastructure.

Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee, Ta Anh Tuan, affirmed that the province had successfully organized the first Congress of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee, for the 2025-2030 term, which set forth many goals and orientations for socio-economic development and infrastructure construction, especially transportation infrastructure. This is an area where the Pacific Construction Group can research and cooperate with the province.

During the upcoming term, the province will focus on investing in the construction of key transportation routes such as: the province's East-West Expressway; regional connecting roads; and waterway and logistics infrastructure. Therefore, the need for investment capital mobilization is very large. The province also strongly encourages and welcomes investors to research, explore opportunities, and invest in the province.

The province is committed to coordinating and creating all favorable conditions, in accordance with the law, for the Group to survey and research investment cooperation opportunities. At the same time, the Department of Construction is tasked with leading the connection with the Group to exchange and agree on potential cooperation contents, and is confident that a positive partnership will soon develop between the two sides.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa, founder of Pacific Construction Group, thanked the provincial leaders for their warm welcome. He also affirmed that the group has successfully implemented many transportation infrastructure construction projects in the northern provinces and cities, receiving high praise from local Party committees and authorities.

Dak Lak province has many potentials and advantages for Chinese businesses and investors to cooperate in implementing projects. Therefore, we hope the province will create favorable conditions for the Group to survey and seek opportunities to implement infrastructure construction investment projects.

If cooperation is possible in implementing construction projects in Dak Lak, the Group commits to ensuring the quality and progress of the projects, contributing to promoting socio-economic development and attracting investment to the province.
