Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ta Anh Tuan worked with Pacific Construction Group, China

On the morning of October 30, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ta Anh Tuan chaired a working session with the Pacific Construction Group, China, on surveying and investing in projects in the province.

Attending the meeting were representatives of leaders of relevant departments, branches and sectors of the province.

CPCG was established in 1986 and is one of two companies under the Zhuangyan Research Institute. The Group is one of the Top 500 largest enterprises in the world and one of the 19 largest private corporations in China. The Group possesses the first-class general contractor capacity in the fields of highway construction, urban areas, water conservancy works, civil and industrial architecture.

The Group has directly participated in investing, constructing and managing more than 1,000 cities, along with more than 3,000 urban areas and industrial parks under the BT, BOT, EPC, F+EPCO, PPP models and other modern forms of investment cooperation.

In Vietnam, the Group has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Hanoi People's Committee on investment cooperation for the period 2023 - 2027, with a total capital scale of over 5 billion USD. Key projects include: Tu Lien Bridge and the approach roads at both ends of the bridge; Ngoc Hoi Bridge and the approach roads at both ends of the bridge; Hanoi urban railway line No. 5 (Van Cao - Hoa Lac).

At the working session, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ta Anh Tuan gave an overview to the working delegation of the Pacific Construction Group about the socio-economic situation and the potentials and advantages of the province in attracting investment and developing infrastructure.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ta Anh Tuan affirmed that the province has just successfully organized the 1st Congress of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, which set out many goals and orientations for socio-economic development, infrastructure construction, especially traffic infrastructure. That is the field that Pacific Construction Group can study, cooperate and implement with the province.

In the coming term, the province will focus on investing in the construction of key traffic routes such as: the province's East-West Expressway; regional connecting traffic routes; waterway and logistics infrastructure. Thus, the need to mobilize investment capital is very large. The province also encourages and welcomes investors to research, explore opportunities and invest in the province.

The province commits to coordinate and create all favorable conditions, in accordance with the provisions of law, for the Group to survey and research investment cooperation opportunities. At the same time, the Department of Construction is assigned to preside over connecting with the Group to discuss and agree on possible cooperation contents and believes that there will soon be good karma between the two sides.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa, founder of Pacific Construction Group, thanked the provincial leaders for their warm welcome. At the same time, he affirmed that in recent times, the group has successfully implemented many transport infrastructure construction projects in the northern provinces and cities and received high appreciation from local Party committees and authorities.

Dak Lak is a locality with many potentials and advantages for Chinese enterprises and investors to cooperate in implementing projects. Therefore, we hope that the province will create favorable conditions for the Group to survey and seek opportunities to implement infrastructure construction investment projects.

If we can cooperate to implement construction projects in Dak Lak, the Group commits to ensuring the quality and progress of the projects, contributing to promoting the socio-economic development and attracting investment in the province.
