In recent times, the implementation of tasks in the fields of land, natural resources, environment, agriculture, forestry and fisheries has continued to achieve many positive results. In particular, state management has been strengthened, important legal documents have been issued in a timely manner, creating a unified basis for implementation, especially after the implementation of the two-level local government. The structure of the agricultural sector has shifted in the right direction, focusing on added value, high technology application, green and sustainable development. The management of land, natural resources and environment has been carried out more strictly, harmonizing development and protection.
Comrade Bui Van Khang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, requested that sectors and units continue to focus on implementing tasks to complete targets in the fourth quarter and the whole year of 2025. For the agricultural sector, it is necessary to pay attention to promoting the development of high-tech agriculture, strengthening value chain linkages, implementing sea area transfers, and promoting agricultural extension activities to improve production efficiency.
In the land sector, departments and branches focus on building a land information system, building specific land prices for projects that have land allocation and lease decisions; proactively coordinate and guide the timely resolution of difficulties of localities in site clearance work, especially for newly started projects and key projects of the province.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested relevant units to closely follow regulations, speed up the progress of appraisal and environmental impact assessment, contributing to speeding up investment preparation for projects selected by the province to start construction on December 19, 2025, to welcome the 14th National Party Congress.
