The opening of the series of activities was the workshop “Building a personal brand and developing yourself from the TikTok platform”, with the participation of two special guests, Tiktoker, former student of Course 17 Lam Kieu Phuong and Mr. Le Nhat Truong. The sharing session brought a new, practical perspective on how students can exploit social networking platforms not only as an entertainment channel but also as a tool to shape personal values, promote professional images and access income opportunities in the digital age. Next was the discussion "Students' responsibility in protecting the Party's ideological foundation", with guest speaker being MSc. Phan Minh Trung, Head of the Faculty of Basic Sciences, majoring in Political Science. Mr. Trung is a familiar face to many generations of students of the Branch when he was invited to lecture and teach subjects of theory, politics... at the Branch. With sincerity and openness, he deeply analyzed the role of the younger generation, especially students, in preserving and spreading the core values ​​of the Party's ideological foundation in the era of open information. These shares not only help students raise their political awareness but also arouse their sense of responsibility, national pride and awareness of building a sustainable society from the root of ideals.

In addition to focusing on thinking and soft skillseducation , the Branch also focuses on improving academic expertise through intellectual playgrounds. A typical example is the BDUCM Toeic Mock Test 2025 competition. With the form of fully simulating the 4 skills of "listening, speaking, reading, writing" according to international standards, the competition attracts the participation of a large number of students from all majors, creating opportunities for them to test and evaluate their current English proficiency, thereby having a suitable training plan.

Ngo Cuong, a student of Class 25AV0101, who excelled in becoming the new champion of this year's competition, shared: "I am very happy that this is the second year I continue to be the champion of the competition. This is a valuable opportunity for me to realize my strengths and weaknesses. Closing the exciting month of May was the 2025 Informatics Academic Competition, where students demonstrated their technological thinking skills through team competitions. With 3 challenging stages: Warm-up, Overcoming obstacles and Finish line, the teams together overcame questions from basic to advanced related to technology, IT applications and digital transformation, AI... The exciting competition atmosphere, close team spirit and dramatic moments of time pressure left many impressions, while contributing to consolidating professional knowledge and arousing passion for learning in students.
