In recent days, a one-minute video has appeared on social media in An Giang showing a 10th-grade male student being threatened and having sanitary pads stuffed into his mouth by a group of classmates. In the clip, the group of young men frequently use foul language, causing offense. Many viewers have expressed outrage at the actions of these male students.
According to initial information, the incident occurred on November 22nd. D.NQH and D.NQD (10th grade students at Hon Dat High School) and several other students in the group intercepted V.X.H. (also in 10th grade) on National Highway 80. The group blocked V.X.H.'s vehicle and assaulted her. Afterwards, QH and D., armed with knives, forced V.X.H. to drive her motorbike onto a deserted canal road.
Here, QH and D. used helmets and their hands to hit XH on the head. Afterwards, D. filmed the incident while putting a sanitary pad into XH's mouth.
On November 24th, the Principal of Hon Dat High School requested QH and D. to write a report. Both confessed to the entire incident. Recognizing that the matter was beyond the school's ability to handle, the Principal invited the police to investigate, but no results have been obtained yet.
The school's administration, in coordination with the homeroom teacher and QH's parents, visited and encouraged XH to return to class. For the remaining students involved, the school allowed them to attend classes as usual and will await the police investigation results before deciding on further action.
