Attending the conference were comrade Le Hong Tham, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the An Giang Provincial People's Council; comrade Vo Nguyen Nam, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of An Giang Provincial Party Agencies; members of the Standing Committee, members of the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies; Secretaries, Deputy Secretaries, members of the Executive Committees of the Party cells and affiliated Party Committees.

Speaking at the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of An Giang Provincial Party Agencies Vo Nguyen Nam emphasized that the 1st Congress of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies was a great success, marking a new step in the process of building the Party and the political system of the province. The Congress identified the general goal of improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization; promoting the exemplary role of cadres and Party members; building a truly clean and strong Party organization, worthy of being the center of leadership, advising and effectively serving the Provincial Party Committee and the entire political system.

In order for the conference to achieve high results, comrade Vo Nguyen Nam requested that Party committees, Party organizations, and each cadre and Party member promote a high sense of responsibility, focus on research, grasp the core contents, new points, major goals, orientations and key solutions set out in the Resolution. At the same time, closely connect with assigned responsibilities and tasks to proactively propose appropriate, practical and highly feasible solutions.

Based on the resolution, Party committees at all levels need to urgently develop action programs and implementation plans suitable to the actual conditions of each agency and unit, in which it is necessary to clearly define goals, roadmaps, key tasks and assign specific responsibilities to each collective and individual. The implementation process must ensure centralized, unified leadership, closely linking policies and actions, political will and specific results.

In particular, leaders of Party committees, agencies and units must truly be pioneers and exemplary in implementing the Resolution; creating a favorable environment for cadres and Party members to promote proactiveness, innovation, creativity, dare to think, dare to do, dare to take responsibility for the common interest.

Party committees at all levels need to step up propaganda and dissemination of resolutions in a variety of vivid forms, helping the resolution's content penetrate deeply into the awareness, become a voluntary action of each cadre and party member, and at the same time spread strongly in society. Inspection and supervision work must be strengthened to promptly detect and remove difficulties, encourage good practices and creative models, and at the same time correct limitations and weaknesses.

At the conference, delegates were informed of the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress of Party agencies, term 2025-2030; Action Program of the Party Committee to implement the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress of Party agencies, term 2025-2030; Plan No. 24-KH/TU, dated September 16, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on implementing Directive No. 50-CT/TW, dated July 23, 2025 of the Central Party Secretariat on continuing to innovate and improve the quality of Party cell activities in the new period.
