“I often go out to entertain guests at night, so hiring a driver like this is both convenient and avoids the risk of being fined for alcohol concentration. It is safe for me and safe for others,” said Mr. An, a car salesman (living in Trang Dai ward, Bien Hoa city).

Mr. An also said that compared to driving a car while under the influence of alcohol, facing a very high risk of being fined, even having points deducted from the driver's license, spending a few hundred thousand dong to get home safely is still beneficial.

The story of Mr. Quy (living in Tan Mai ward, Bien Hoa city) further demonstrates the convenience of the driving service. Once, while driving from Bien Hoa city to Ho Chi Minh city to attend a close friend's birthday, he had a few glasses of beer. Mr. Quy decided to book a driver through the BULT application. Less than 20 minutes later, a driver assigned by the system came to take Mr. Quy to his house near Hoa An bridge (Bien Hoa city) that same night. The cost for the trip was 400,000 VND.

“Compared to having to leave the car overnight in Ho Chi Minh City, take a Grab car home and come back to pick up the car the next day, the cost of hiring a driver to drive the car home is not expensive, but it saves me a lot of money and travel time,” Mr. Quy commented.

Driver Nguyen Nhut Linh (29 years old, living in Thu Duc city), who has been working with the BULT driving app for nearly a year, shared: “Customers using the driving service are mostly office workers, business owners, or people attending parties or meeting partners. There are peak days when I receive 4-5 trips/day, especially on weekend nights or holidays.”

When asked about the job of a chauffeur, Mr. Linh said: “Actually, this job is very suitable for people who are familiar with the roads and have experience driving many types of cars. However, the difficulty is that when encountering luxury cars, the car owners are often very meticulous. Once, I accepted a job to take a customer home, the car was a newly purchased Mercedes. The car owner told me to drive carefully because the car had not been sealed yet. At times like that, I have to be really focused, both to keep the car safe and to make the customer feel secure.”

According to Mr. Linh, the job of driving for help helps him have a stable income: “If I work hard and keep my reputation with customers, I can earn 1-1.5 million VND every night. I am happy because I can help others get home safely and have a legitimate job.”

In fact, the driving service not only helps customers be more proactive in necessary situations, but also contributes significantly to ensuring traffic safety and social order. With the development of digital technology , access to these services is becoming easier and more popular.
