The Party Cell of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies, Dong Nai Branch, held the Party Cell Congress for the term 2025-2030.

The Congress carried out two contents: evaluating the results of the Party Cell for the 2020-2025 term and determining the directions, goals, tasks and solutions for the 2025-2030 term; discussing and contributing opinions to the draft documents of the 14th National Congress of the Party and the documents of the Congress of the Party Cell of the Bank for Social Policies, Dong Nai branch.

The Party Cell of the Social Policy Bank, Dong Nai Branch currently has 24 Party members, an increase of 2 Party members compared to the beginning of the 2020-2025 term. During the last term, the Party Cell of the Social Policy Bank, Dong Nai Branch was ranked as "excellently completing tasks" for 3 years from 2022-2024 and "goodly completing tasks" for 2 years.

The branch's loan turnover reached more than 10.4 trillion VND with 226.7 thousand customers borrowing capital. The total outstanding loan balance by the end of May 2025 reached more than 6.2 trillion VND, an increase of about 3.7 trillion VND compared to the beginning of the term, the average annual outstanding loan growth rate reached 18.2%.

Regarding the direction for the 2025-2030 term, the Party Cell of the Social Policy Bank, Dong Nai branch will continue to focus resources and direct the effective implementation of social policy credit programs, contributing to the successful implementation of national target programs and socio -economic development goals of the province in each period, ensuring social security and improving people's lives in the area.

Speaking at the congress, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Duong Minh Dung emphasized that the Party Cell of the Bank for Social Policies, Dong Nai branch needs to continue to promote the combined strength of the whole collective, the political core role of the Party Cell, the fighting strength of each Party member and the spirit of solidarity, creativity with the highest political determination to successfully carry out the unit's tasks, which the theme of this congress determined as "Improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party, promoting the spirit of solidarity, democracy, responsibility, and continuous innovation; building a comprehensively strong Bank for Social Policies, Dong Nai branch, effectively implementing social policy credit, contributing to ensuring social security and sustainable poverty reduction"...
