Designer Hoang Ly's designs bring continuity between tradition and modernity.

On the background of bronze drum motifs, lotus flowers and the characteristic red color, designer Hoang Ly's designs bring continuity between tradition and modernity, between cultural identity and the rhythm of modern student life.

Wearing the ao dai with the red flag and yellow star, the students not only performed a fashion show but also told a story about Vietnam with the love for their homeland burning in the hearts of every young person.

This is also an opportunity for students to review historical traditions and appreciate the great contributions and sacrifices of previous generations.

Sharing about this idea, designer Hoang Ly said: “For me, Ao Dai is an extension of the Vietnamese soul. In more than 30 years of working, I have always tried to incorporate cultural and historical images into my designs to enrich the traditional Ao Dai.

During the days when the whole country is looking forward to the national reunification day, introducing the collection of red flag ao dai with yellow star is a way for me to express my gratitude to the previous generation, those who sacrificed for the country to have today's independence day.
