According to Lieutenant Colonel Pham Anh Le, Deputy Commander of the Capital Mobile Police Regiment, Deputy Commander of the Ministry of Public Security 's Parade Command, officers and soldiers here are practicing with 4 standing blocks including: Block of male people's security officers; Block of male mobile police officers; Block of male mobile police soldiers and Block of male forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level.

Every soldier must comply with the code of conduct and, importantly, stand in the correct designated positions.

The positions are arranged in rows and ropes are stretched to ensure neat ranks.

Standing poses particular challenges, as you have to stay in one position for hours on end. This can easily lead to blood congestion, dizziness, lightheadedness, and even fainting due to fatigue from lack of movement.

During training, if any soldier is found showing signs of fatigue, he will be immediately allowed to rest on the spot to recover. When his health is stable, he will continue performing his duties.

For soldiers who unfortunately faint during training, the person standing behind will promptly support and help them to the right side of the formation to ensure safety. Immediately after that, teammates in the same line will quickly step up, adjust the formation, fill the gaps, and maintain a solemn and uniform line.

At the standing block, standing at attention is not only a physical test, but also a great challenge to willpower, requiring each soldier to overcome himself to maintain discipline and responsibility in all circumstances.

No matter the difficulties or any impact or incident, each soldier must keep his eyes straight, not turn his head, not waver, and maintain the solemn ritual of the formation.
