Ao Trung has achieved cultural hamlet title for 10 consecutive years.

60% of the households in Ao Trung hamlet depend on agricultural production, the rest are business and service households and some families of workers and retired officials. The Ao Trung hamlet Front Committee with 12 enthusiastic members has proactively propagated and mobilized people to participate in patriotic emulation movements and campaigns launched by the Fatherland Front, in which the content of the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas, civilized urban areas" and the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" has been well implemented. The women's, veterans', farmers' and youth associations of the hamlet always maintain regular activities, attracting a large number of members and people to participate. Thanks to that, the village's solidarity has been consolidated, the civilized lifestyle in weddings, funerals and festivals has made much progress, often organized solemnly and economically, there is no longer a state of superstition; the spirit of mutual love and support has been strongly promoted.

To protect the bright - green - clean - beautiful environment of the hamlet, the hamlet cadres actively propagate and mobilize people to clear sewers and clean the cultural house area, village roads and alleys on the first Saturday of every month, not to litter, and to treat wastewater before releasing it into the environment. Households proactively plant trees, flowers, ornamental plants; build models of house gates, gardens, etc. Up to now, the hamlet has completed the lighting system on the main roads in the hamlet.

In order to improve living conditions and promote economic development, people in the hamlet have actively participated in donating land and assets on land with the State to build infrastructure. In recent years, 84 households in the hamlet have donated nearly 40,000 m2 of land to implement projects in the area, of which in 2024 alone, people donated more than 1,000 m2 of land and contributed nearly 300 million VND to join the State in concrete 385m of 6m wide rural roads.

In addition, the Village Front Committee has closely coordinated with the Commune Police in implementing the movement "All people protect national security". Propaganda and legal education activities are regularly organized, raising people's awareness of the role and responsibility in the work of protecting security and order, such as: Propagating "Mobilizing all people to participate in ensuring traffic order and safety", wearing helmets when participating in traffic; mobilizing people to contribute to support the cost of installing "Surveillance cameras, ensuring security and order". Thanks to that, the political security situation and social order and safety in the village are ensured, no complicated incidents occur, creating a safe and healthy living environment for the community.

The hamlet has a total area of ​​over 9 hectares of cultivated land, of which 7.4 hectares are used for growing tea. In order to improve production efficiency, people have actively transformed the crop structure, applying scientific and technical advances to production. Clean tea growing models, applying water-saving irrigation technology and using organic fertilizers have been widely deployed. Thanks to that, the productivity and quality of tea products have been significantly improved, meeting market requirements.

The average income of the people in the hamlet is 55 million VND/person/year. The number of well-off and rich households in the hamlet accounts for about 20%; there are only 2 poor households left in the hamlet; 98% of households in the hamlet have motorbikes and audio-visual equipment. People have been conscious of saving and accumulating to build more and more solid houses; 100% of households in the hamlet have access to electricity and clean water. With the efforts of the hamlet officials as well as the people, for 10 consecutive years, Ao Trung has achieved the title of "Cultural Hamlet"; more than 95% of households have achieved the title of cultural family...

The results achieved in the patriotic emulation movements in Ao Trung hamlet are clear evidence of the solidarity and creativity of the people. The movements not only promote economic development, build infrastructure, improve cultural and social life but also contribute to ensuring security and order, creating a solid foundation for sustainable development of the locality.
