The People's Court of Ho Chi Minh City is scheduled to open a trial for Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien (Miss Grand International 2021), Pham Quang Linh (Quang Linh Vlogs), Nguyen Thi Thai Hang (Hang Du Muc) and two accomplices Le Thanh Cong and Le Tuan Linh for the crime of "Deceiving customers" today, November 19.

According to the indictment, the group of defendants are members of Chi Em Rot Group Joint Stock Company, the unit that owns and sells SuperGreens Gummies (Kera candy) dietary supplements.

Although they clearly knew that the product had a very low fiber content (only 0.935%/tablet), and there was not enough scientific basis to assert that "a candy is equal to a plate of vegetables", the defendants still registered a self-declaration and filmed a video advertising false information about the raw material area, technology and uses.

From December 2024 to March 2025, more than 56,000 customers bought 129,617 boxes of candy, bringing this group a revenue of more than 17.5 billion VND, of which illegal profits were 12.4 billion VND.
