Ms. Pham Thi Phuc continues to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province.

The 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) of Lam Dong province, term 2025 - 2030, consulted and unanimously elected Ms. Pham Thi Phuc to continue holding the position of Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province.

On the morning of November 25, at the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Culture House, the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Lam Dong Province, term 2025 - 2030, officially opened with 400 official delegates representing all walks of life, ethnic groups, and religions in the province.

The congress has the theme: "Promoting the strength of great national unity; strengthening democracy and social consensus; arousing confidence and aspiration for innovation, building Lam Dong province to develop rapidly and sustainably, becoming a dynamic growth pole in the era of national growth".

Previously, on the afternoon of November 24, at the first conference of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province, the first term, unanimously elected Ms. Pham Thi Phuc to continue holding the position of Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province for the 2025-2030 term. At the same time, the consultation elected 11 Vice Chairmen of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province, including Mr. and Mrs. Pham Trieu, Ha Thi Hanh, Nguyen Phu Hoang, Truong Van Tung, H'Vi Eban, Truong Minh Quang, Duong Cong Hiep, Pham Van Duc, Bon Yo Soan, Nguyen Phu Nghi and Do Thi Que Phuong.

At the congress, Ms. Pham Thi Phuc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province, said that in the past time, the provincial Fatherland Front has carried out two important tasks in parallel: organizing the apparatus in a streamlined, effective and efficient manner; at the same time, successfully guiding and directing the Vietnam Fatherland Front congresses at commune, ward and special zone levels throughout the province.

In the period of 2024 - 2025, the whole province mobilized people to contribute money, working days, donate land, and build public welfare works. Of which, more than 7,000 houses for the poor were built and repaired, the target of eliminating temporary houses and dilapidated houses was completed, more than 109 billion VND was spent on Tet for poor households... Particularly during the recent storms and floods, the Fatherland Front of Lam Dong province received, advised, and promptly allocated 34 billion VND to support the provinces and 30.2 billion VND to 25 communes and wards in the province that suffered damage due to rain and floods.

People of Da Lat, Lam Dong contributed hundreds of shipments of goods to help people affected by storms and floods in the Central region.

Entering the new term, the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Lam Dong province has identified 12 targets and 7 specific action programs, with the goal of continuing to promote its core role in the great national unity bloc; strengthening mobilization, gathering, promoting people's strength, arousing patriotic traditions, beliefs and aspirations for development. From there, contributing to building Lam Dong into a dynamic growth pole of the region in the new development period.
