Throughout the day and night of January 13th, strong winds and high waves will continue over the northeastern part of the North East Sea, the sea area from Khanh Hoa to Ca Mau, and the western part of the South East Sea (including the sea area west of Truong Sa). Northeast winds will be strong, reaching level 6, gusting to levels 7-8; the sea will be rough; and waves will be 2-4 meters high.
The meteorological agency has issued a level 2 warning for natural disaster risks at sea. All vessels operating in the aforementioned areas are at high risk of being affected by strong winds and high waves.
Coastal localities, fishermen, and vessel owners need to closely monitor weather forecasts and proactively take preventive measures to ensure the safety of people and property.

The South Central coastal region will be cloudy with sunny days and scattered rain at night. Northeast winds will be at level 3, with gusts of level 6-7 in some areas. The northern areas will be cold in the early morning and at night. Minimum temperatures will be 16-19°C in the north and 20-23°C in the south. Maximum temperatures will be 25-27°C in the north and 27-30°C in the south.
The Central Highlands will be cloudy with sunny days and scattered rain at night. Northeast winds will be at level 2-3. It will be cold in the early morning and at night. The lowest temperature will be 14-17 degrees Celsius, with some areas below 13 degrees Celsius. The highest temperature will be 24-27 degrees Celsius.
