Reporting to the Inspection Team, a representative of the Department of Education and Training of Bac Ninh said: In the 2025 High School Graduation Exam, the whole Bac Giang province (old) had 24,053 candidates, and Bac Ninh province (old) had 19,652 candidates registered to take the exam.

To ensure the marking work, the Examination Councils have fully prepared facilities, equipment, computers, exam scanners, servers, workstations, printers, local LAN systems, stationery, personnel participating in marking and ensuring security and safety of the marking area, exam marking area; fire prevention and fighting equipment... and contingency plans for other unusual situations.

The test cabinet and test box are locked and sealed according to regulations. The test marking room is sealed for each marking session according to regulations and regulations for the 2025 graduation exam.

Working with the Steering Committee for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam in Bac Ninh province and directly inspecting the exam marking sites, Deputy Minister of Education and Training Pham Ngoc Thuong acknowledged and highly appreciated the new Department of Education and Training of Bac Ninh province (based on the merger of two departments of the old Bac Ninh and Bac Giang) for being proactive, responsible and timely in organizing the exam marking.

Deputy Minister of Education and Training Pham Ngoc Thuong delivered a concluding speech at the inspection.

“Right on July 1, the (new) Bac Ninh province will not leave any gaps or interruptions in the activities of the Examination Council. At the same time, the Provincial Examination Steering Committee will be strengthened with a spirit of utmost initiative and responsibility,” emphasized comrade Pham Ngoc Thuong.

He requested the examiners to ensure fairness, accurately assess the test results and acknowledge the students’ efforts. The examiners promptly reviewed and examined technical aspects to detect and correct errors (if any), with the spirit of putting the interests of the candidates first.
