Promote processing and energy industries

Determined to accelerate the province's breakthrough, the industry and trade sector focuses on implementing groups of solutions. The focus is on promoting industrial production, especially in the processing and energy sectors. The sector will accompany and support factories in the Ca Mau Gas - Electricity - Fertilizer cluster to maintain stable operations, increase gas-electricity output, thereby increasing the output of commercial gas and liquefied gas. Support export enterprises to expand market share in traditional markets; seek and expand exploitation of new markets, potential markets, and Halal markets through introducing fairs, exhibitions, and connecting trade between provincial enterprises and international enterprises. Continue to take advantage of opportunities to maximize the advantages of free trade agreements (FTAs) that Vietnam has signed, striving for export turnover in 2025 to reach 2.6 billion USD or more.
