According to Major Giap Van Khuong, Deputy Head of the Traffic Police Department, on the morning of September 4, 56 members of the force were on duty, regulating traffic at 16 locations at risk of traffic congestion.

With the participation of units and localities, there was no local congestion on the roads leading to Quang Chau and Van Trung Industrial Parks on the morning of September 4.
