In Dai Son commune, thunderstorms blew off an 80 square meter corrugated iron roof of a household and knocked down six telecommunication cable poles onto the road, affecting traffic. The incident did not cause any human casualties.
Upon receiving the information, the Commune's Disaster Prevention and Control and Search and Rescue Command mobilized human resources to quickly resolve the situation. Thanks to that, by 5 p.m. the same day, traffic in the area was smooth.

In addition to Dai Son commune, in mountainous areas such as Tam Tien commune, Son Dong commune and Chu ward, heavy rain combined with strong winds also caused many trees to be uprooted and broken; billboards to fly away, roofs of village cultural houses to be blown off and local power outages. Authorities and local authorities are actively coordinating to trim, clean up fallen and broken branches and trees, and fix related incidents.

According to the provincial Hydrometeorological Station, soil moisture in some areas of Bac Ninh province is nearly saturated (from 85-90%) or has reached saturation. It is forecasted that in the next 3-6 hours, areas in the province will continue to have rain with accumulated rainfall ranging from 20-50mm, in some places over 80mm.
Authorities warn of the risk of flash floods, landslides, and land subsidence in small streams, ravines, slopes, positive slopes, roads, and places where construction works are under construction, or localized flooding in low-lying areas, damaging houses, public works, and causing damage to production activities.
