To ensure that the Congress is not only an important political event for the Party, but also a shared joy for the people, the Party Committee of Di Linh commune organized many practical activities so that every citizen could feel the joyful and enthusiastic atmosphere of this special Congress.
The First Party Congress of Di Linh Commune was a particularly important political event for the locality, marking the beginning of the first term after the administrative unit was merged from the three communes of Tan Chau, Lien Dam, Gung Re and Di Linh town (formerly Di Linh district).
Comrade Phan Hong Vinh, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Di Linh commune, said: "Promoting a proactive and decisive spirit and the synchronized involvement of the entire political system, the preparation for the Party Congress in Di Linh commune has been implemented early, systematically, thoroughly, and seriously, ensuring progress, quality, and effectiveness. All key aspects such as propaganda work, the number of delegates attending the Congress, facilities, and ensuring political security and social order have been closely supervised by the commune's Party Committee."
The Congress documents were meticulously prepared by the Di Linh Commune Party Committee, incorporating practical experiences and widely soliciting opinions at village and neighborhood meetings. Many opinions were compiled, and numerous important contents were included in the Congress documents.
Simultaneously, the Di Linh commune also urgently implemented the restructuring of subcommittees serving the Congress. The subcommittees quickly began their work according to their assigned tasks, ensuring the progress and quality of the work. Plans and strategies to ensure security and order before, during, and after the Congress were meticulously and thoroughly developed.
In particular, the Di Linh commune has intensified its propaganda efforts through vivid and engaging visual methods. The public address system regularly broadcasts content related to the Congress. Along the roads, colorful flags and banners welcoming the Congress are displayed. Simultaneously, the local government and various organizations in Di Linh commune have launched campaigns to clean up the environment, beautify the landscape, decorate cultural facilities in residential areas, and display Party and national flags along inter-village and inter-commune roads to celebrate the Congress. The Women's Union collected waste and planted more trees. The Youth Union launched a "Green Sunday" campaign, caring for the Martyrs' Cemetery grounds, etc. These activities attracted a large number of officials, Party members, Youth Union members, and people from all walks of life.
In residential area 4 (formerly Di Linh town), last weekend, a large number of residents actively participated in cleaning up the village roads and alleys. Mr. Nguyen Xuan Yen, head of residential area 4, shared: “Despite the unfavorable weather, everyone enthusiastically participated in the common work. Joining in the spirit of a very new Party Congress, each of us felt the joyful atmosphere and placed much faith and expectation in the Congress.”
Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Di Linh commune, Phan Hong Vinh, affirmed: “It can be seen that, up to this point, through focusing on propaganda work, the spirit and enthusiasm of the Party Congress have spread to every village, hamlet, and residential area. This has created consensus among all cadres, Party members, and the local people. This will be one of the solid foundations for the successful organization of the Di Linh Commune Party Congress. From there, it will create momentum for the entire Party Committee, the entire people, and the entire army of Di Linh commune to continue to uphold traditions, strengthen unity, innovate thinking and action, for the goal of building a rapidly, comprehensively, and sustainably developing locality.”
