Single Leg Stretch

Repeat the movement.
Half Roll Down
Sit on a mat, place the pilates ring between your thighs, above your knees.
Keeping your back straight, squeeze the hoop with your legs.
Bend your tailbone down and lean back.
Sit up, press your nose into your knees, then straighten your spine one vertebra at a time.
