Retail, banking, agriculture lead best places to work ranking

The retail - trade, banking, manufacturing and agriculture sectors continue to maintain their leading positions in the list of best places to work in Vietnam, according to the 2025 rankings.

Announcing the 100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam in 2025

Anphabe Company has just announced the ranking of Top 100 Best Workplaces in Vietnam 2025, the result of synthesizing more than 73,000 reviews from employees, covering more than 650 businesses in 18 major industry groups.

This is one of the most prestigious reports on the working environment in Vietnam, verified by Intage Vietnam and sponsored by the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI).

Notably, ofi Vietnam, a member of ofi Group, one of the world's leading suppliers of food and beverage ingredients, appeared for the first time in the Top 100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam, and rose to the top 5 in the industry group. This is considered an important milestone, reflecting the prestige, internal strength and sustainable development strategy that the enterprise has pursued for nearly three decades in Vietnam.
