At the ceremony, the Military Women's Committee, the Political Department of Military Region 9, and the Military Command of An Giang province presented 100 gifts to families of policy beneficiaries and women in difficult circumstances and 15 scholarships to excellent students in Hon Dat and My Thuan communes; and supported the cost of the "Border Warm House" in 2025 for 2 families of women in the border province of An Giang (worth 60 million VND/house).
Colonel Le Hoang Giu, Deputy Chief of Political Affairs of Military Region 9, presented a symbolic plaque of housing support to a family of women in the border area.

This is a practical activity to celebrate the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025), demonstrating the affection, responsibility and sharing of Military Women towards the People, especially policy beneficiaries and women in difficult circumstances.
