Standing Committee of Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee assigns personnel work

TPO - The Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee decided to assign Mr. Do Huu Tri - Permanent Deputy Secretary of the District 8 Party Committee, to be in charge of running the district Party Committee until there is a person to hold the position of Secretary of the District Party Committee of this district.

On April 19, the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee held a ceremony to hand over decisions on assigning cadres.

At the ceremony, Deputy Head of the Organization Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Dinh Thanh Nhan announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee to assign Mr. Do Huu Tri - Permanent Deputy Secretary of the District 8 Party Committee, to be in charge of running the District 8 Party Committee until there is a person to hold the position of Secretary of the District 8 Party Committee.

Speaking at the ceremony, Head of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Organization Board Van Thi Bach Tuyet acknowledged that with his capacity, qualities and experience, Mr. Do Huu Tri, together with the Standing Committee of District 8 Party Committee, will lead the Party Committee, government and people of the district to continue to achieve many successes in socio -economic development, ensuring national defense and security, social order and safety, especially in taking care of the social security life of people in the district.

Previously, the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee decided to transfer and assign Mr. Vo Ngoc Quoc Thuan - Secretary of District 8 Party Committee to work at the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee to be accepted and appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Home Affairs.

Along with that, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee also appointed Mr. Vo Ngoc Quoc Thuan to hold the position of Member of the Party Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term and assigned him to hold the position of Deputy Head of the City Party Committee's Organization Committee (concurrently).
