Training on multimedia, multi-platform, multi-service newsroom organization for Dong Nai journalists

(DN) - On the morning of October 23, the Center for Journalism Training, Vietnam Journalists Association in coordination with Dong Nai Provincial Journalists Association organized a training course on the topic: Organizing a multimedia, multi-platform, multi-service newsroom.

More than 30 trainees are managers, reporters, editors, and technicians from press agencies in the province.

On October 23rd and 24th, journalist Do Thien, Deputy Editor-in-Chief and Head of the Political and Social Affairs Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Law Newspaper, directly shared with trainees his knowledge and practical experience in organizing a multimedia, multi-platform, and multi-service newsroom.

In his opening remarks at the training course, Tran Nam Dong, Chairman of the Dong Nai Provincial Journalists Association and Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Dong Nai Newspaper, Radio, and Television, emphasized: In the context of strong integration and digital transformation, organizing a multimedia, multi-platform, multi-service newsroom is an essential and important step for modern journalism. Improving knowledge and skills in organizing a multimedia newsroom will help Dong Nai journalists become increasingly professional and creative in producing journalistic works and conveying information to the public.

At the end of the course, the Organizing Committee will award certificates to the students.
