The Ward Civil Defense Command is assigned to each area, closely following the situation to provide timely instructions. In addition to the vehicles of the Ward People's Committee and the Urban Management Team, the locality also mobilized dump trucks from the people, 5 canoes and 4 aluminum motor boats ready to support people when requested.
