On the side of Nghe An province, there were comrades: Vy My Son - Deputy Director of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions; Thai Minh Tuan - Deputy Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office; Tran Thi Thanh Huyen - Head of the Department of Religious Minorities and Religions and representatives of departments, branches and sectors. On the side of Ha Tinh province, there was comrade Bui Anh Tuan - Deputy Head of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions, Department of Home Affairs of Ha Tinh province.
At the Conference, the participants will hear the reporter report on a number of contents related to the relationship between the State of Vietnam and the Vatican; an overview of the situation of beliefs and religions in Vietnam; the policies and laws of the State of Vietnam on beliefs and religions; State management of the activities of the Catholic Church of Vietnam and Decree No. 124/2025/ND-CP dated June 11, 2025 of the Government on decentralization, delegation, and determination of authority of local authorities at 02 levels in the field of ethnic affairs, beliefs and religions.
