The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department issues decisions on early retirement and immediate resignation to officials and civil servants according to Decree No. 178.

BHG - On May 12, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission announced the decisions on early retirement and immediate resignation for 3 cadres and civil servants of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission according to Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024 (amended and supplemented by Decree No. 67/2025/ND-CP dated March 15, 2025) of the Government , phase II, 2025. Attending the ceremony were comrade Tran Manh Loi, member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission; the collective leadership, all cadres and civil servants of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission.

Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department Tran Manh Loi presented decisions on early retirement and immediate resignation to the agency's officials and civil servants.

Pursuant to Decision No. 1877-QD/TU dated May 7, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee on approving the list of people eligible for early retirement and immediate termination of employment according to Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024, amended and supplemented by Decree No. 67/2025/ND-CP dated March 15, 2025 of the Government, Phase II, 2025, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission has awarded early retirement decisions to 2 officials and civil servants of the Commission who are eligible, including: Nguyen Thi Hai Ha, Head of the Department of Science, Culture and Arts; Vu Thi Lien, Deputy Head of the Department of Mass Organizations and Associations. The decision to immediately terminate employment was awarded to comrade Dang Dinh Duyen, specialist of the Department of Science, Culture and Arts, from May 1, 2025.

The comrades who retired early and resigned immediately this time are all experienced comrades with a high sense of responsibility, always maintaining political courage, moral qualities, upholding the spirit of solidarity, and completing assigned tasks well. The voluntary early retirement demonstrates a sense of responsibility and exemplary conduct in implementing the revolution to reorganize and streamline the Party and State apparatus.

At the announcement ceremony, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department Tran Manh Loi handed over the decision to transfer and appoint comrade Do Thi Hien to stop holding the position of Deputy Chief of Office to transfer to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Mass Organizations and Associations; assigned comrade Luong Hoang Nghia, Deputy Head of the Department, to be in charge of the Department of Science, Culture - Arts, Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Provincial Party Committee.
