Woman killed by train while crossing the railway

At about 10:35 a.m. on June 10, an accident occurred on the North-South railway line passing through Block 3 (Nui Thanh town, Nui Thanh district, Quang Nam province), killing one person.

At that time, Ms. Nguyen Thi H. (41 years old, residing in Block 5, Nui Thanh town) was driving a motorbike with license plate 92N1-084.46 across the level crossing without looking, so she was hit by train number HH84, driven by Mr. Tran Hong H. (46 years old; residing in Da Nang city) traveling from South to North.

After the collision, the motorbike was dragged by the train for a long distance before coming to a stop. As a result, Ms. H. died on the spot, and the motorbike was severely damaged.

It is known that the accident occurred on a narrow, low-visibility, unfenced residential road.
