Crossing the railway, 2 motorcyclists were hit and killed by a train

The motorbike was hit by a train this afternoon, September 3, in Hung Loc commune (Thong Nhat district, Dong Nai ).

According to initial information, at around 3:45 p.m. on September 3, a young man named Tuan (21 years old, residing in Thong Nhat District) was driving a motorbike carrying Ms. Trinh (18 years old, residing in Long Khanh City, Dong Nai) on Trung Tam - Hung Loc Road. When reaching the intersection with the railway (Km 1663 + 340) in Hung Loc Commune (Thong Nhat District), a collision occurred with a train traveling in the North - South direction.

The accident caused the motorbike to be pushed by the train along the rails for more than 100 meters, killing two people on the motorbike on the spot.

Upon receiving the news, Thong Nhat District authorities arrived at the scene, coordinated with the railway industry to record the incident and investigate the cause of the accident.

According to Thanh Nien reporters, the above intersection has a barrier separating the road from the railway.
