If Hai Phong has spicy bread, Hanoi has fried bread or Quang Nam is famous for Hoi An bread, then in Hue, tourists are impressed and delighted with the "tiny" bread served with braised pork and delicious, fatty sauce.

Although banh mi is a familiar dish of Vietnamese people, with many different flavors, depending on the culture and taste of each locality, the "tiny" banh mi in Hue is still known and sought after by diners because of its unique appearance and accompanying ingredients.

The sandwich is about the size of 3 fingers, the crust is crispy, the pork is not too lean or fatty, the sauce is rich. This sandwich is quite unique, suitable for those with a weak appetite like me because I only need to bite 3-4 pieces to finish it, without worrying about feeling full or bored.”
